What kind of paper are the prints printed on? 
We print on the highest quality Kodak Professional Endura Supra Luster. This premium paper provides exceptional realistic reproduction, intense blacks, and enhanced detail from highlights to shadows.

What type of matboards do you use?
Our mats are Crescent Decorative with surface, core and backing paper buffered ph neutral.

I can't type in more than 9 letters across. 
Artwork is 3-9 windows exclusively

Can I just buy the photographs? 
We prefer to offer completed keepsakes rather than photographs to ensure our work is of the highest quality and is displayed to our standards. However... photos can be purchased by sending an email to:  happinessteam@alphabetpix.com

What is the average turnaround time for a custom frame?

Each custom frame is hand-crafted just for you. Our normal turnaround time to create your custom designed frame is about a week. It then takes 3-5 days for ground shipping. We do offer RUSH shipping options during checkout for last minute deadlines. We also will strive to accommodate any special needs. Please contact us at happinessteam@alphabetpix.com if you are hesitant about receiving your keepsake on time. We will do our best to get your order to you.

Will you send me a confirmation e-mail after I order? 
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes after ordering.

What is your return policy? 
Each keepsake is created individually, one at a time, by hand. Being a custom handmade product, if there is nothing wrong with the product (ie: damage), returns are not accepted. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please email us happinessteam@alphabetpix.com to arrange replacement of the damaged item. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

How do you ship your orders?
We ship UPS Ground and UPS Priority Mail.
